Cappella Sant'Andrea “Rialto” Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG Selection 2018 cod CSTN-W2-2018
the grape is selected from the oldest vineyard that is 48 years old. The grape is pressed after 18 hours long cold maceration. The fermentation is natural, and the wine rests over the lees for other six months. This is a good structured and elegant vernaccia, complex and never expected. Its great minerality makes it excellent for the refining in bottle. It matches perfectly with shellfish, try it with cheeses, white and boiled meat.
